Introduction HappyOtterScripts (HOS) is a collection of plugins and scripts designed to assist the Vegas Pro editor by streamlining his workflow and providing easy access to high quality, open source encoders and video filters. While many of these tools have been available for quite some time, they have remained pretty much in the domain of "techies and tinkerers".
