JULY 26, 2019 At the Finance, Budget and Audit Committee meeting held on July 17, 2019, Director Jacquelyn Dupont-Walker inquired about TAP sales vendor locations and types of businesses that sell TAP during the TAP Multimodal Integration and Mobile App Update. In addition to the two programs identified above, TAP enables fare loading at 491 TAP Vending Machines in over 60 stations, by phone at 866-TAPTOGO, aboard all 2,308 Metro buses and online at taptogo.net. This winter, TAP will be piloting a new mobile app that will enable both near-real-time fare sales and ticketing capabilities.
