INTRODUCTION 1.1 This report contains the designer responses to the combined Stage 1/2 Road Safety Audit Report on the proposed cycle grid improvements to the junction of Baylis Road and Waterloo Road, within the London Borough of Lambeth. 1.2 A completed, signed copy by the Project Sponsor is required by the Audit Team Leader for attachment to the master copy of the Final Audit Report. 2 2.
