The amount of additional security shall be equal to the impact of financial difference occurring in the quoted rates beyond 10% below engineer estimate. <ul style="display: flex;"><li style="flex:1">3- </li><li style="flex:1">In such eventuality the successful bidder shall be beyond to produce the additional bid security in </li></ul>advance from each bidder if there rates quoted are below than 10% of engineer estimate and if the successful bidder repudiated the contract then they may be blacklist and there 02% earnest money as well as the additional security may be forfeited. 4- 5- The TMA Khadukhel shall award and print work order through New E-Bidding System. Any work awarded and work order issued by the TMA without E-Bidding System shall be null and void henceforth. The documents must be attached with the bids such as i) 2% Earnest Money in shape of original Call Deposit in the name of Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Khadukhel from scheduled banks, ii) Enlistment copy of Local Council Board for the year 2020-21, iii) Registration copy of Pakistan Engineering Council and iv) copy of CNIC for each scheme in a separate envelope highlighting name of work (written over the envelope).iv. KPPRA registration copy. 6- 7- 8- Sealed bids must be sent through Registered Mail/ Couriers Service should reached on 15-10-2020 up to 12:00 PM and will be opened on the same date at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders by the Tender Committee. Delay in delivery of the tender documents will be the responsibility of bidders. In case the bidder quotes more than 10% below rate the Estimated cost and the bid is not accompanied by the additional security then the bid shall be considered as non-responsive and the 2nd lowest bidder and so on will be considered accordingly after approval from LCB. The tenders shall be processed according to “Above/ Below System” based on Market Rate System 2020. <ul style="display: flex;"><li style="flex:1">9- </li><li style="flex:1">The Tender Forms and BOQs must be signed by the original contractor. </li></ul><ul style="display: flex;"><li style="flex:1">10- </li><li style="flex:1">The successful contractors have to pay stamp duty alongwith contingency charges and all </li></ul>applicable Provincial/ Federal Government taxes issued from time to time. Bid security of some or all the bidders will be retained by the employer till approval of Tender/ Bid validity period. 11- 12- 13- 14- Complete bids both (Original and Duplicate) must reach to the TMA Khadukhel on or before Incomplete/ conditional or telegraphic tenders shall not be accepted. The Department will not bound to provide any machinery/ testing laboratory and the total cost on it will be borne by the contractors themselves. 15- 16- Any bidder who provides incorrect information shall be disqualified.
