Freshman Survey ii Highlights Ramapo was the first college choice for almost 60% of students in the college selection process. It declined by 10% during the last 5 years. 70% of 2012 incoming freshman chose Ramapo based on its academic reputation. 23% of 2012 Ramapo freshmen plan to obtain a Master’s Degree. This is approximately a 29% decline over the last five years. 76% of incoming freshmen plan to reside on campus, while 23% plan to live with family.
