The results are important inputs to the estimation of the private sector, which accounts for approximately 90% of the value of buildings completed. gross domestic product (GDP) and are extensively used by the private sector. An annual survey of the remaining municipalities is conducted regarding buildings completed. The following information is presented in this report: 1 • In Part 1, Tables 1 to 6, information is published for the monthly survey on Table B – Municipal name changes buildings completed by type of building at provincial level for 2007, 2008 and 2009. • In Part 2, Tables 7 to 12, information is published for the monthly and annual surveys on buildings completed by type of building at provincial level for 2007, 2008 and 2009. Province/Municipality • Detailed information on buildings completed for both surveys is published by province, municipality and type of building for 2009 in Part 3 (Tables 13 to 66). • Part 4 (Tables 67 to 72) contains information at metropolitan and district municipal level on buildings completed for both surveys by type of building for 2009 in alphabetical order.
