Have accreditation of Indian Newspaper Society (INS) for the last two years. A certificate to this effect should be enclosed with the application. b. Must have full-fledged office at Kolkata. c. Average financial annual turnover of at least Rs. 2.00 lakhs during last two financial years ending 31 st March, 2015. The turnover of Advertisement media only will be considered. A certificate to this effect from practicing CA should be enclosed with the offer. d. Have minimum 3 years experience in advertising and mass Communication during last 5 years ending 31.03.15. e. Business with at least two Govt. department or Public Sector Undertaking in the last two years with minimum transaction of Rs. 0.50 lac. 2) Period - For the financial year 2016-17. …2 -2- 3) Price Bid - Sl. From the eligible agencies the job will be offered on the basis of lowest quoted rate by the agency on respective News Paper / Edition as indicated in the Price Bid. 6) Payments - Payment to be made against submission of bill to the Company Secretary of the respective companies accompanied paper cuttings of the published advertisement in the respective News Papers separately. a) Taxes - Extra as per Govt. rules Other Terms and Conditions :- 1) Publication Period - Next day after confirming the matter or as advised by us. The matter will be furnished in the form of soft/scanned/print out. 2) Matter layout etc. - No extra payments for creative, design, layout and copying of advertisement. 3) Date and Time of opening of Quotation - 4th May, 2016 at 3.30 Pm at our Head Office, AG-104, Sourav Abasan, Sector-II, 2 nd Floor, Kolkata – 700092.
