Rule 4.1.1.13 Mobile Phones and Tablets etc. may not be used on mound. Rule 4.1.1.14 Wireless devices may be used with Electronic Targets. Rule 4.1.3.4 & 4.1.3.5 Includes Provision for Super V in Scoring Process.
