Rules Changes Summary 4-104.1 Classification by Age Two changes were made: • Modifies the formula by which masters handicaps are calculated in a race. • Adds a U21 category 4-104.2 Classification by Skill Modifies the rule to clarify how events at Royal Canadian Henley are used to determine skill levels at USRowing National Championships. 4-105.1 Coxswain’s Weight Removed typo 5-203 General Requirements for Entries Modifies the rule to address issues that USRowing has and Affiliation (*) reviewed regarding club membership. 5-301 National Championship Events (*) Modifies the rule to include the U17/U15 National Championship. 5-304 Youth National Championships (*) Modifies the rule to clarify when and where information shall be published regarding the event. 10-303 Standard Para Rowing PR1 1x Modifies the rule to be consistent with FISA changes to Boat the placement of pontoons on the water. 10-305 Strapping Modifies the rule to be consistent with FISA changes to the strapping for PR1 and PR2 competitors and equipment.
