Applicants for Exhibitors, Buyers and Visitors must send this application form by e-mail or fax at the time of booking to the Reference Group Offices. The purchase can only be made in ticketless mode. No further reductions due for different reasons are applicable to the discounted price. Changes to bookings and tickets and no-travel refunds are not allowed. Travelers in possession of the reduced ticket, found to travel on days and on trains other than those admitted, are certified as having no ticket.
