STEPS TO SIGN UP FOR AlertDFB 1. Click the link on the website to be directed to the Everbridge website. 2. You will be redirected to a page similar to this. Click the Sign Up button at the bottom of the page. 3. Enter the user information requested. You will be prompted to create a unique Username and Password. Usernames must be a minimum of 4 acceptable characters. Acceptable characters are: uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, period, dash (-), underscore (_), and at symbol (@). No other characters or symbols are permitted at this time. Password must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least one letter and one number. Special characters are limited to: ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ). 4. The My Profile screen will ask you to input contact information. Please include all contact information that you would like the system to use when notifying you in an emergency. If a contact is blank it will not be used for notifications. After your information has been updated click “Save & Continue.” 5. Fill in the My Locations screen and click the “Verify This Address.” A map will appear with a marker indicating your location. On the left side, select the correct option and then click “This is my Location” found at the bottom of the page on the right side. You can add another location and repeat this step, or if you have finished click “Save & Continue.” 6. Subscriptions screen. You can either select and check the complete Subscription or expand it by clicking the plus icon circle and manually selecting what notifications you would like to receive. 7. Review screen. Review the information. If you need to edit a section, select “Edit” and update information accordingly. Click “Finish” to complete your registration. The next window to appear will be “Your profile was successfully created.” 8. For more control and information, you can download the mobile app “Everbridge” on your cell phone through the app store. .
