How to Determine What Your CBS Codes Are in Your Lockboxes

How to determine what your CBS codes are in your lockboxes Now that we have several termite inspection companies, Hickman’s Termite & Pest Control and Loyal Termite & Pest Control, participating in the Service Provider Limited Access eKey program you are receiving calls for CBS codes for your lockboxes. In order for a termite inspector’s Limited Access eKEY to open a Supra lockbox, they are required to input a Call Before Showing code (CBS) in addition to their PIN code. This unique 7 digit CBS code is programmed at the factory into each lockbox. In order to provide the CBS code to the termite inspector, the owner of the lockbox may obtain this CBS code by: A. Logging onto the SUPRAWEB 1) Select LISTINGS tab at top of screen 2) Select KEYBOXES from left side of screen under QUICK LINKS. The list of your lockbox inventory will appear and the CBS code will appear in a column next to the specific lockbox serial # (*Not set up on the SupraWEB yet? It’s easy, click here for instructions, or visit http://www.supraekey.com/Documents/SSO-Instructions.pdf) OR B. If you have the eKEY, launch the eKEY app & select INVENTORY 1) Select the lockbox serial # you need the CBS code for 2) Select ‘EDIT’ 3) Change the REQUIRE CBS to ‘ON’ and the CBS code will appear on the screen 4) On an iPhone : Select ‘CANCEL’ in left corner and ‘YES’ so it does not change the settings on that lockbox 5) On an Android: Uncheck CBS Code required and return to previous menu so it does not change/program settings on that lockbox If you have additional questions regarding the CBS code feature, please contact Supra Support at 877.699.6787 .
