Marriage Records The Rice County Recorder’s office has marriage records dating from 1856 to the present for those applicants who have applied for their marriage license in Rice County. Requesting a Certified Copy of a Marriage Record A certified copy of a marriage record is $9.00. You can request a copy of a marriage record in person or by mail.
