Based on the evaluation of the Expression of Interest (EOI) received, professionally competetnt firms / individuals would be shortlisted under various categories of services. Projects may be awarded on selective basis to shorlisted consultants as and when required within a period of three years as decided by the High Power Committee for Implementation of Sabarimala Master Plan (HPC). Sabarimala in Pathanamthitta District of Kerala State is the aboard of LORD AYYAPPA. More than twenty five million pilgrims visit the shrine in an year. The temple is open for darshan only during select days in an year. Sabarimala Master Plan prepared in the year 2007 is almost like a regional development plan and indicates the nature of developments required in the base camps, transit camps and intermediate camps. Projects under the Master Plan are implemented by the HPC, which has a project office located at Thiruvavanthapuram. Architects/ Architectural firms, Town/ Spatial Planners/ Planning firms and Structural Engineers / Engineering firms shall have proven experience for a minimum of five years. Architects having experience in design of buildings in ecologically sensitive landscape and in religious /temple architectue, Town Planners having experience in prepartion of large layout plans, campus plans, master plans, conservation plans and landscape development plans and Engineers having building, road and bridge design & construction experience would be given credit. Fee for consultancy services and conditions of service shall be project based to be decided at the time of award of consultancy contract. EOI documents shall include (i) willingness to provide professionsls services to the HPC written in official letterhead, (ii) Proof of experience/competence; and (iii) availability of in-house skilled manpower with CVs of senior and middle level professionals. The EOI by registered post/speed post or courier should reach the office of the undersigned along with all supporting documents on or before 5 pm on 10th March 2020.
