The print can be removed, without being damaged, and then framed as a souvenir. New brand identity to be rolled out in 2013 ! New packs ! 100g to 1 Kg “Saveurs Paris-Ile de France” Chocolaterie Guyaux is based in the little village of Andilly, next to the spa resort of Enghien-les-Bains (15km du centre de Paris) famous for its casino, lake, and racecourse. Guyaux products are made in the greater Paris area (“Ile de France”) in strict compliance with the quality charter giving Guyaux the right to use the collective brand “ Saveurs Paris-Ile de France”” on our products. Certified quality control : • HACCP following the “codex alimentarius” • IFS version 5 • BRC version 6 Finest quality raw materials : • Certified organic range • No artificial preservatives, no genetically modified ingredients • Cover chocolate is 100% pure cocoa butter • Old fashioned “Praliné” paste : 50% hazelnut or almonds and 50% sugar • No fresh cream in the fillings, only ganaches, marzipan and “praliné” hazelnut or almond paste. This gives our products a better shelf file . • Isigny A.O.C caramel (protected origin) • Guérande A.O.C salt (protected origin) • Chocolate from Sao Tomé • Swiss milk chocolate (for Petits pot de lait Suisse) Production facilities : • 4.000 m2 temperature controlled environment; production and storage • 1000 tons/year capacity • Best before dates from 6 to 18 months, depending on the recipe. • 2.000kg capacity/day for chocolates and 4.000kg capacity/day for truffles. • Hand decorated, « artisanal » aspect Quality produce : • Hand decorated chocolates for an “artisanal” aspect. • Easter figurines that are hand molded twice, just like the pâtissier used to do. • Sustainable growth : recycling packaging, suppliers certified “Imprim’ Vert” (organic inks etc), energy and water saving programmes.
