To create a dedicated team of faculty committed to scholarly excellence and sustaining them through Sponsorship for higher studies for at least 25% faculty and Encouragement for publications, at an average of 1 paper per faculty in a year in international/national journal/conference. To practice excellent Teaching Learning process that includes a minimum of 6 Industrial visits and 6 seminars during each semester in all the departments and one National conference at department level every year and one International conference at Institutional level every year. To continuously improve upon academics and systems to secure maximum number of University ranks and the minimum number being not less than 3 ranks in each department.
