INTRODUCTION & BACKGROUND 1.1 Introduction 1.1.1 Hydrock has been commissioned on behalf of SUEZ Recycling & Recovery UK to undertake a Transport Assessment (TA) in support of a proposed further development of the existing operational Connon Bridge Landfill Management Facility south of East Taphouse, Liskeard, Cornwall. 1.1.2 This TA serves to demonstrate that the above application is acceptable in terms of transportation,
