Sharma Deputy Registrar: Shri Satish Kumar Director, Academic Affairs is one of the 5 Administrative Directors of the University. This office deals with all academic matters of the University and assures full academic discipline which is mentioned in the University Ordinances. This office has organized the meeting of Academic Programme Committee (APC), Academic Council (AC) and various other committees during the year 2019-20. This office is working for the preparation and approval of the syllabi and other academic matters in the range of Under Graduate, Post Graduate and Ph.D. programmes. Office of Director, Academic Affairs performs the following activities: Registration- Registration of UG, PG and Ph.D. students through Heads of the Departments and Deans of the Schools. Syllabus- This office assist the Board of Studies, School of Studies to frame and approve the Syllabus of different programmes such as UG, PG & Ph.D. of all the departments and place the resolutions of BOS and School Board in the Programme Committee and then Academic Council for approval. Academic Council- During the year this office organized the two meetings of the Academic Council to discuss and approve various academic matters of the University. Academic Programme Committee- During the year this office organized the two meetings of the Academic Programme Committee to discuss and approve various academic matters of the University. After approval From APC these matters put up before the Meeting of Academic Council time to time. Research – Academic Progress of the research scholars, submission of thesis, to appointment of examiners for evaluation of thesis and the declaration of the results is monitored.
