Year 5 Tree Planting at Borras Quarry Wrexham Year 5 will be planting trees at Borras Quarry on Thursday 12th February (all day). Please ensure that pupils wear warm clothes and have wellington boots or trainers. Parents Afternoons and Evenings Appointments to see your child’s work are available during the afternoons and evenings .Please return your slip if you have not already done so your child’s teacher will allocate you a suitable time. If the allotted time is not suitable, please see your child’s class teacher to arrange a more convenient time. We look forward to seeing you. School Uniform As the weather has turned colder please ensure that your child brings a warm coat, hat, scarf and gloves and sensible shoes. Eisteddford 2015 Competitions Our technology project this year is to design and make one of` The Seven Wonders of Wales’they are as follows-: Pistyll Rhaeadr, Wrexham Steeple, Snowdon`s Mountain, Overton Yew Trees, St. Winifreds Wells, Llangollen Bridge and Gresford Bells. Free Course for Parents Any parents interested in a free course on becoming a Childminder there is a free training course available in itec on 23rd,24th and 25th February from 9.30 a.m.-2.30 p.m. each day.
