The disposition of Site 9 (Block 353, Lot 44) will be subject to the express covenant and condition that, until a new facility for the Essex Street Market has been developed and is available for use as a market, Site 9 will continue to be restricted to market uses. If a new market is developed on Site 2, the use of Site 9 may contain residential, commercial and/or community facilities as described above. 2.
