300 EXECUTIVE COUNCIL ___________________________ 4 SEPTEMBER 2012 EC2012-515 HIGHWAY TRAFFIC ACT FEES REGULATIONS AMENDMENT Pursuant to sections 31, 65 and 312 of the Highway Traffic Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. H-5, Council made the following regulations: 1. Table 1, “ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEES FOR MISCELLANEOUS VEHICLES” of the Highway Traffic Act Fees Regulations (EC200/12) is amended by the deletion of the following item: Vehicle with an Amateur Radio plate 20 2. Table 5, “MISCELLANEOUS SERVICE AND DOCUMENT FEES” of the regulations is amended by the addition of the following after the item relating to “Replacement personalized number plates”: Amateur Radio plate 20 Replacement Amateur Radio plate 20 3. These regulations come into force on September 15, 2012. EXPLANATORY NOTES SECTION 1 amends an error in Table 1 where Amateur Radio license plate fee appears as a registration fee. SECTION 2 amends Table 5 to add the Amateur Radio license plate fee that appeared in Table 1 in error. SECTION 3 provides for the commencement of these regulations. L-5 Council granted permission to Jean Paul Lapointe and Deborah Deegan, both of Pointe Claire, Quebec to acquire a land holding of approximately twenty-five (25) acres of land in Lot 43, Kings County, Province of Prince Edward Island, being acquired from Marguerite Aitken of Souris, Prince Edward Island PROVIDED THAT the said real property is identified for non-development use pursuant to the Land Identification Regulations (EC606/95) made under the said Act. 305 EXECUTIVE COUNCIL ___________________________ 4 SEPTEMBER 2012 EC2012-529 PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND LANDS PROTECTION ACT PETITION TO ACQUIRE A LAND HOLDING JASON PASTOOR AND RENEE PASTOOR (APPROVAL) Pursuant to section 5 of the Prince Edward Island Lands Protection Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. L-5 Council granted permission to Jason Pastoor and Renee Pastoor, both of Courtright, Ontario to acquire a land holding of approximately two hundred and ninety-nine decimal zero three (299.03) acres of land in Lot 23, Queens County, Province of Prince Edward Island, being acquired from 101421 P.E.I. Inc. of Greenvale, Prince Edward Island. Further, Council noted that the said land holding, being Provincial Property Nos. 280206 and 626648, was previously identified for non-development use in accordance with section 2 of the Land Identification Regulations (EC606/95) made under the said Act. (APPROVAL) Pursuant to section 5 of the Prince Edward Island Lands Protection Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. L-5 Council granted permission to 7507631 Canada Inc. of Belle River, Prince Edward Island to acquire a land holding of approximately three decimal three four one (3.341) acres of land in Lot 50, Queens County, Province of Prince Edward Island, being acquired from Cecil Pauley and Barbara Pauley, both of Belle River, Prince Edward Island. EC2012-531 PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND LANDS PROTECTION ACT PETITION TO ACQUIRE A LAND HOLDING JEWELL’S OF PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND INC. (APPROVAL) Pursuant to section 5 of the Prince Edward Island Lands Protection Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap.
