VI., No. 16)- An Act to amend certain Acts so as to provide for the adjustment of certain allowances and salaries. Introduced by the Premier (Hion. D. R. McLarty), on the 26th September. Assent given. Acts Amendment (Increase in number of Ministers of the Crown) Act (14 Geo. VI., No. 2)- An Act to amend certain Acts to provide for an increase from eight to ten in the number of principal executive offices of the Government liable to be vacated on political grounds. Introduced by the Premier (Hon. D. R. MeLarty). on the 27th July. Assent given. Administration Act Amendment Act (14 Geo. VI., No. 55)- An Act to amend the Administration Act, 1903-1949. Introduced by Hon. J. T. Tonkin on the 1st November. Assent given. Agriculture Protection Board Act (14 Geo. VI., No. 76)- An Act to provide for the Constitution of an Agriculture Protection Board and for the Co-ordination of the Administration of Certain Acts Relating to the Control, Prevention and Eradication of Noxious Weeds and Vermin and for Other Purposes Incidental Thereto. Introduced by the Minister for Lands (Hon. L. Thorn), on the 26th September. A conference was held on the 5th December, and an agreement arrived at. Assent given. Appropriation Act (14 Geo. VI., No. 72)- An Act to appropriate and apply out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund and from Moneys to Credit of the General Loan Fund and from the Public Account certain sums to make good the supplies granted for the service of the Year ending the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and fifty one, and to supplement grants made by the Previous Parliament during the second period of its second Session in adjustment of the Vote "Advance to Treasurer, 1949-50' for charges during the Year ended the 30th day of June, 1950; and to approve of certain expenditure under section forty-one of the Forests Act, 1918-1931.
