Matters from Warm up; Following and investigation an admission by Brad Jones Racing Pty Ltd to breaching Rule D12.8.9 wheel spinning during pit stop on Car #21, the Stewards imposed a $500 fine. Matters from Qualifying; For causing a Red Flag in the session, Car #48 Matthew Palmer lost his fastest lap time and was not permitted to take any further part in the session. Matters from Practice 2; Following and investigation an admission by Matt Stone Racing to a Breach of Rule G1.6 – responsible for all safety aspects for Car #35, (losing a wheel), the Stewards imposed a $5,000 fine with $3,500 suspended until the 31/12/16.
