Narendra Modi Garu. As per the guidelines of Commisioner of Collegiate Education (CCE) EBSB in college level was formed on 23.11.2019. Smt. B. Jyothi, Asst. Prof of chemistry is nominated as EBSB Nodal Officer by the Principal of the college. EBSB Club consisting of EBSB Nodal officer, 4-5 staff members and 15 students was formed on 30.11.2019. EBSB club has enrolled 50 interested students along with 15 EBSB Club students from different streams of the college. EBSB Club has organized an orientation programme to create awareness on the new initiative of Prime minister. EBSb nodal officer explained the main motto and theme of Ek Bharat and Shreshta Bharat Club to the students that “Every year, at least 50 students of a HEI in one State will travel and spend 5 days in paired Institutions of the paired State. The purpose would be to learn to the language, culture, living styles, festivals, social customs, food habits and such other aspects of the social and cultural affairs of the paired State. The participant would be led by one or more teachers who will be responsible for proper organization of the visit and also for the safety of the students”. Our college principal Dr. Ghanshyam garu has congratulated the students for their interest towards this new initiative. He also guided them to build up the unity in diversity. The students were allotted different works related to the Haryana and Telangana states culture and tradition. Prof of English addressing the students of EBSB Club Activity 2 EBSB Day celebrations on 31.12.2019 Action Report EBSB Club has celebrated EBSB Day on 31/12/2019 under the chairmanship of Sri. T. Bhasker Reddy,Vice Principal of the college. Vice Principal in his presidential address advised the students to utilize the opportunity of travelling to Haryana and also to host in the best way to guide the Haryana people when they come to our college. In this programme the students were given opportunity to share the views and information regarding various aspects of Haryana culture. EBSB coordinator Smt. B. Jyothi shared some of information regarding the famous personalities of Haryana. Dr. Koyi Koteswar Rao, Asst. Prof of Teugu, Dr. Rapolu Srinivas, Asst. The student named S. Mamatha from B.Sc MPCs I year has showed her talent in the form of painting. She has presented her poster before the staff and students, the posted showed the cultural aspects and historical monuments of both Haryana and Telangana states. The poster was displayed in the notice board for encouragement and for student reference. 45 EBSB students participated in this programme Painting Drawn by S. Mamatha, MPCs I year S. Mamatha, MPCs I year presenting her poster before Staff and students Activity 4 Pledge on “Swatch Bharat” on 10.01.2019 Action Report All the students and staff of EBSB Club actively participated in the pledge programme. Pledge on “Swatch Bharat” was taken up in Haryanvi language. The students have known the differently spelled words in the pledge in Haryanvi language. Dr. Aparna Chathurvedi, Asst. Prof of Hindi guided all the students and staff in knowing the terminology used in both Hindi and Haryanvi language. 50 EBSB students participated in this programme. EBSB Club staff members and students participating in Pledge on Swacchtha in Haryanvi language Press Clippings Activity 5 Language Learning notice board on 30.01.2020 Action Report The students and staff of EBSB Club and college have actively participated in this programme. In order to learn and know the language of Haryana state a separate notice board is kept and named it as the language learning notice board. The notice board was kept in college open place in the vicinity of all the students We displayed the simple and daily used words/ sentences on this notice board in both Haryanvi and Hindi languages . So that each and every student not only learn the words or sentences but also compare them with Hindi language. After every 15 days the new words/ sentences were displayed. It is planned to continue the same for about 2 months and planned to organise the elocution competition purely in Haryanvi language. 50 EBSB students participated in this programme. The recipes of Haryana state like kheer, khadi pakodi, Haryana churma are special attractions of this programme. The topic for the essay writing competition was “Telangana and Haryana state similarities and differences in all aspects”. All the 50 students of EBSB have participated actively in Essay Writing. Janaki BSc BZC III year Essay Writing by EBSB Students Activity 8 Screening of Haryana Food Culture on 28.02.2020 Action Report The students of EBSB Club have actively participated in Screening of Haryana Food Culture. Haryana state food culture, their agriculture and famous recipes were watched from you tube. Students enjoined a lot knowing their culture by visual videos. The Students are assigned work to cook different recipes by watching you tube videos. 50 Students of EBSB Club are participated in the programme. EBSB Students watching the You Tube videos regarding Haryana Food Culture. Activity 9 Posting “AAJ KA VAKYA” on College Website from 09.06.2020 Action Report EBSB club started the activity called “AAJ KA VAKYA”. In this activity EBSB club Nodal officer will post the word or sentence in 2 or 3 different languages in the college website. Due to COVID-19 pandemic educational institutions were closed since 16/03/2019, students does not have any access of learning physically to the college. Hence it would be the great idea to learn from home. Every week a different word or sentence is posted in the website in different languages. They can be learnt by comparing the word or sentence with the telugu language. Students can check the college website and learn the “aaj ka vakya” every day. Some of the words posted under “aaj ka vakya” on the website naare 1. SHUBHODAYAM in telugu, SUPRABHAT in Sanskrit, DEVO BORO DIS DIV in Konkani. 2. ABINANDANALU in telugu, MUBARAK in urdu, PORBIM in Konkani. 3. ME ASHISSULU NAKU UNNAYI in telugu , AAPKI DUA HAI in urdu, TUMCHO AKSIRVAD ASSA in Konkani. 4.
