It was announced recently that we shall see Emma Fitzpatrick, Lee Tergesen and the always delightful Christopher McDonald appear in this film. When Dread Central spoke to Patrick he had this to say “While the first one was mainly contained to a house in the middle of nowhere, the scale is larger on this one in all regards. I don’t want to give anything away, but the opening ‘massacre’ is pretty cool. With the SAW films, we always shot for a couple of ‘awe’ moments in terms of spilling blood, and this one could be pretty spectacular. We’ll see how it comes out.” Returning for this sequel to The Collector is Marcus Dunstan as director, F/X artist, Gary Tunnicliffe and lead actor Josh Stewart as Arkin. The Collection has begun filming in Atlanta so we can expect this movie to chug right along. What are your thoughts about a sequel to The Collector?
