Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 6 in private. 2. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the Evidence in Civil Partnership and Divorce Actions (Scotland) Order 2012 [draft] from— Nicola Sturgeon, Cabinet Secretary for Health, Wellbeing and Cities Strategy; Simon Stockwell, Head of Family and Property Law, and Felicity Cullen, Solicitor, Legal Directorate, Scottish Government. 3. Subordinate legislation: Nicola Sturgeon (Cabinet Secretary for Health, Wellbeing and Cities Strategy) to move— S4M-2365—That the Justice Committee recommends that the Evidence in Civil Partnership and Divorce Actions (Scotland) Order 2012 [draft] be approved. 4. Criminal Cases (Punishment and Review) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the main themes arising from the evidence received on Part 2 of the Bill at Stage 1 in order to inform the drafting of its report. Proposed future business At its next meeting, on 27 March, the Committee expects to conclude its evidence taking on the Police and Fire Reform (Scotland) Bill at Stage 1. Education and Culture Committee 20 March 2012 10th Meeting, 2012 The Committee will meet at 10.00 am in Committee Room 2 1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 4 in private. 2. Youth employment strategy: The Committee will take evidence from— Stephen Boyd, Assistant Secretary, STUC; Mary Goodman, Senior Policy Adviser, Federation of Small Businesses; Jacqui Hepburn, Director, Alliance of Sector Skills Councils; Katie Hutton, Head of National Training Programmes Policy Integration, and Damien Yeates, Chief Executive, Skills Development Scotland. 3.
