CHI ETA PHI SORORITY, INCORPORATED TM “Climbing the Pillars with Chi” Book of Reports Education Conference and Meeting “Building a legacy through use of technology and innovation in a global society” July 7-13, 2019 e Westin Lombard Yorktown Center 70 Yorktown Center 65th Boulé Book of Reports July 7 – 13, 2019 MARY STEWART PRAYER MARY STEWART PRAYER Keep us, O God from pettiness: let us be large in thought, in word, in deed. Let us be done with fault-finding, and leave off self-seeking. May we put away all pretense and meet each other face to face-without self- pity and without prejudice. May we never be hasty in judgment and always generous. Let us take time for all things: Make us grow calm, serene, gentle. Teach us to put into action our better impulses, straightforward and unafraid. Grant that we may realize it is the little things that create differences; that in the big things of life we are at one. And may we strive to touch and to know the great, common human heart of us all, and, O Lord God, let us forget not to be kind. -----Mary Stewart ii Table of Contents Mary Stewart Prayer …………………………… ii Table of Contents ………………………………. iii-vi Board of Directors…………………………….. 1 Supreme Basileus…………………………………………….. 2-3 First Supreme Anti-Basileus…………………………………. 4-5 Second Supreme Anti-Basileus……………………………… 6-7 National Secretary……………………………………………. 8-9 National Tamias……………………………………………… 10 National Tamiochus………………………………………….. 11-12 National Organizer…………………………………………… 13-14 National Dean of Membership……………………………… 15-16 National Dean of Sponsors………………………………….. 17-18 Immediate Past Supreme Basileus--------------------------------- 19 Chair, Property Management………………………………….. 20 Regional Directors…………………………………………… 21 Northeast Regional Director ……………………………….. 22-25 Southeast Regional Director………………………………... 26-27 Middlewest Regional Director…………………………….. 28-30 Middlesouth Regional Director……………………………... 31-32 Southwest Regional Director………………………………. 33-35 Committee Reports………………………………………. 36 Archives ………………………………………… 37 Auditing …………………………………………. 38-39 Education & Evaluation …………………………… 40-41 Event Planning …………………………………… 42-43 Executive Asst. to the Supreme Basileus …………………… 44-45 Investments …………………………………………………. 46 iii Table of Contents (continued) Page National Council of Negro Women …………………………………. 47 Nominating …………………………………………………………… 48 Operations Manual …………………………………………………… 49-50 Program & Projects …………………………………………………… 51-52 Protocol ……………………………………………………………… 53-54 Scholarship …………………………………………………………… 55 Technology …………………………………………………………… 56-58 Chapters Reports Graduates……………………………………………. 59 Alpha ………………………………………………………………….. 60-61 Gamma ………………………………………………………………… 62-64 Delta ……………………………………………………………………. 65-66 Theta ……………………………………………………………………. 67-69 Iota ………………………………………………………………………. 70 Nu ……………………………………………………………………… , 71-73 Rho ……………………………………………………………………. 74-75 Sigma ……………………………………………………………………. 76 Tau ……………………………………………………………………. 77-80 Omega ……………………………………………………………………. 81-86 Alpha Chi ……………………………………………………………………. 87-89 Gamma Chi ……………………………………………………………………. 90-94 Kappa Chi ……………………………………………………………………. 95 Mu Chi ……………………………………………………………………. 96-99 Nu Chi …………………………………………………………………….….. 100 Sigma Chi ……………………………………………………………………. 101-102 iv Table of Contents (continued) Page Upsilon Chi ……………………………………………………………………. 103-104 Chi Phi ……………………………………………………………………. 105 Psi Chi ……………………………………………………………………. 106-107 Zeta Eta ……………………………………………………………………. 108-109 Gamma Eta ….. ……………………………………………………………… 110-112 Delta Eta ………………………………………………………………………. 113-115 Eta Eta ………………………………………………………………………… 116-119 Theta Eta ……………………………………………………………………….. 120-121 Iota Eta ………………………………………………………………………….. 122-124 Kappa Eta ………………………………………………………………………….. 125-126 Psi Eta ………………………………………………………………………………. 127-128 Zeta Phi ………………………………………………………………………………. 129 Iota Phi ………………………………………………………………………………. 130-131 Lambda Phi …………………………………………………………………………… 132-134 Nu Phi ………………………………………………………………………………. 135-136 Xi Phi ………………………………………………………………………………. 137-139 Sigma Phi ………………………………………………………………………………. 140-142 Tau Phi ………………………………………………………………………………. 143-144 Phi Phi ……………………………………………………………………………. 145-146 Alpha Chi Chi ………………………………………………………………………. 147-149 Beta Chi Chi ……………………………………………………………………….. 150-153 Theta Chi Chi ………………………………………………………………………. 154-155 Lambda Chi Chi …………………………………………………………………… 156-158 Alpha Eta Eta ………………………………………………………………………. 159-160 v Table of Contents (continued) Page Gamma Eta Eta ….. ……………………………………………………………… 161-163 Zeta Eta Eta ….. ……………………………………………………………… 164-166 Undergraduate……………………………………………………………….. 167 Zeta Chi Beta ….. ……………………………………………………………… 168-169 Lambda Chi Alpha Beta ….. ………………………………………………………… 170 Lambda Chi Beta Beta ….. ……………………………………………………………… 171-172 Theta Gamma Beta ….. ……………………………………………………………… 173-174 Lambda Phi Beta ….. ……………………………………………………………… 175-176 vi BOARD OF DIRECTORS 1 CHI ETA PHI SORORITY, INCORPORATED® BOULE`/BOARD OF DIRECTORS REPORT DATE: May 15, 2019 OFFICE: SUPREME BASILEUS CHAPTER: TAU ETA GOALS & OBJECTIVES: Goals: Preserve the purpose, mission and vision of Chi Eta Phi Sorority, Incorporated x Continue to be available to enhance growth in Regions and chapters. x Attended the Southwest, Middlesouth, Northeast and Middlewest Regional Conference and presented a workshop on Running An Effective Meeting. x Hired Public Relationships to standardize branding and messaging of Chi Eta Phi Sorority, Incorporated ®. x Met with all individuals regarding Boule’ preparation. x Participated on Telephone conferences with Nurses on Boards Coalition (NOBC). x Visited the Sorority House to review progress. x Sent a video of State of Sorority to Southeast Regional Conference.
