The main change from PTCIP Revision 4, Dated November 12, 2012, which was submitted in the Docket FRA-2010-0034-0014 and approved by FRA in a response letter dated December 20,2012, are regarding the Schedule in Section 8.2. To help FRA review, PATH provides a track change version between Revision 7 and Revision 4. Also updated the number of platforms at WTC with latest construction plan. • Section 1.1.2: Updated PATH description to indicate that PATH now operates from PTCC. • Section 5: Updated to remove information about grade railroad crossing which has been removed. • Section 7: Removed a reference to the schedule. • Appendix A: Train Schedule updated with October 25, 2015 12/15/2015 7 schedule. •
