UNIVERSITY OF NOTRE DAME DU LAC SO2021-06 ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ STUDENT SENATE Page 1 of 2 ​ ​ ​ Order SO 2021-06 September 3, 2020 Matthew Bisner, Judicial Council President ​ AN ORDER TO SUSPEND THE FOLLOWING ELECTIONS Whereas, only one ticket, composed of the following candidates, has been received by the ​ Judicial Council in the election of Hall President and Hall Vice President for the Undergraduate Community in Fischer Graduate Residences: - Abigail Schierl, Hall President, - Stephen Koch, Fall Vice President, - Camille Broderick, Spring Vice President; and Whereas, only one candidate, Cassidy Jeannine Foronda, has been received by the Judicial ​ ​ Council in the election for the position of Senator representing the Undergraduate Community in Fischer Graduate Residences; Whereas, only one candidate, Kyle Dorshorst, has been received by the Judicial Council in the ​ election for the position of Student Union Board Representative of the Undergraduate Community in Fischer Graduate Residences; Whereas, only one candidate has been received by the Judicial Council for the position of ​ ​ First-Year Class Council Representative in the following dorms: - Madeline Smith, Badin Hall, ​ ​ - Ryan Wachter, Baumer Hall, ​ - Elizabeth Carter, Breen-Phillips, ​ - Paul Stoller, Carroll Hall, ​ ​ - Joseph Callahan, Dillon Hall, ​ ​ - Emma Eckstein, Howard Hall, ​ ​ - Daniel Krill, Keough Hall, ​ ​ - Kevin Wang, Knott Hall, ​ ​ - Colin Kremus, St. Edward’s Hall; therefore, be it ​ ​ Ordered by the Student Senate of the University of Notre Dame du Lac, That, on the recommendation of the Judicial Council, the elections for above positions be suspended and the aforementioned candidates declared the winners.
