Required updates identified during the annual review or due to significant developments should be directed to the CTDEP, Bureau of Materials Management and Compliance Assurance, Attn: Bureau Chief’s Office, 79 Elm Street, Hartford, CT 06106. Changes to the Plan will be the responsibility of the CTDEP; distribution of the revised Plan to the recorded holders of the State’s Natural Disaster Plan will be the responsibility of DEMHS.
