The Federal Project Management Unit of Rural Access and referenced (RAMP) intent was conveyed by its letter dated 20th December 2005 and the African DRD/RAMP/FPMU/103/5.4/1/9. The project is supported by the World Bank and Development Bank. Mobility Project This consultancy assignment constitutes the first stage in the Rural Access and Transport Policy (RAMP), in support of the implementation of governments' Rural Travel and and Local (RTTP).
