be driven by employers - develop the knowledge and occupation competence to perform a specific job role, by combining learning with work - higher flexibility needed in comparison to Level 2 and Level 3 and fit for purpose at Levels 4 to 7 - be based on flexible design principles but must not compromise quality of the Apprenticeship brand 6 | Higher Apprenticeship Task Force Higher Apprenticeship – Progress SASE • Frameworks can comprise: - 292 clippings to date across national and trade media generated by NAS, Partners and BIS - AVE of £138,639 - Circulation of 95,004,998 •Highlights of 2013 include: - Skills Minister Matthew Hancock launched a mini PR Campaign, supported by the National Apprenticeship Service, in which an exclusive on Graduate level Apprenticeships was offered to the Daily Telegraph on Friday 28 December - resulted in an op ed piece from the Minister and further editorial comment in the same issue - further coverage resulted in the Daily Mail, FT, Guardian, Sunday Telegraph, The Times and the Daily Express.
