Ashraf, Sirpur-Kagazanagar has filed a Complaint dated: 16-09-2019 which was received by this Commission on 01-10-2019 for not complying the Commission order in appeal No: 2409/CIC/2018 dated: 13-02-2019 and for not getting the information sought by him through his 6(1) application dated: 18-10-2017 from the PIO-1/ O/o the Municipal Commissioner, Wanaparthy Municipality, Wanaparthy District, PIO-2/ O/o the Divisional Engineer, TSSPDCL, Wanaparthy District, PIO-3/ O/o the Fire Officer, Wanaparthy Division, Wanaparthy District & PIO-4/ O/o the Zilla Parishad, Wanaparthy District. TSIC In view of the above, the Complaint may be taken on file and Notices issued to both the parties for hearing on 19-03-2021 at 10.30 A.M. The case is called on 19-03-2021. The complainant is absent. Sri. A. Kumaraiah, Town Planning Supervisor is present on behalf of Sri. D. Maheshwar Reddy, Municipal Commissioner, Wanaparthy Municipality, Wanaparthy District and filed his affidavit stating that the information was furnished to the complainant vide letter No: RTI/30/2018 dated: 14-11-2018 and on receipt of the Commission notice dated: 23-02-2021 the complete information was again furnished to the complainant vide letter No: RTI/21/2021 dated: 18-03-2021. Shanthi Kumari, Assistant Engineer, Division Office, TSSPDCL Division, Wanaparthy District is present and stated that they have not received any order or notice, hence no information was furnished. The PIO further stated that they have obtained the complaint dated: 23-04-2017 from the District Collectors Office and requested to give time to furnish the information to the complainant. The PIO – III / Sri. B. Narsing Rao, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, ZPP Wanaparthy, Wanaparthy District is present and stated that the Zilla Praja Parishad of Wanaparthy District was established on 05-07-2019, hence they are not aware of the application submitted by the complainant. Heard the PIOs and perused the material papers available on record. The Commission directs the PIO – II / Assistant Engineer, Division Office, TSSPDCL Division, Wanaparthy District to furnish the information which is available in their office to the complainant within Two (2) Week from the date of receipt of this order through Registered post with acknowledgement due and to report compliance to the Commission. With the above direction, the complaint is closed.
