Councillors did not vote as not in attendance: Malpas, Rees, Kronig, Satchell, Cook Matters Arising Studley Hill Studley Hill water problems appear to have been sorted, drain repositioned, re surfaced, looks to be effective. There was discussion on similar problems at Derry Hill but it was considered that this was due to the many springs in the area and nothing was possible to resolve. Chairman Report The Chairman report gave a summary of the work of the Parish Council in the past year. Public Speaking There was no public speaking. Publication Councillor Malpas raised the problem of making the community aware of these meetings. Although always advertised on the website and noticeboards it was thought more might be possible to gain public awareness. Perhaps advertising in the local magazines or encouraging groups or speakers to participate. It was decided to remind Council of the meeting in January, in order to try and organise awareness. Meeting closed at 19.49 .
