The LGED has awarded 323 subprojectsof different categories (small, medium and large) in 12 costal districts in three regions (Barisal, Khulna and Madaripur). Meanwhile, Due Diligence Reports (DDRs) for 320 (99.7%) sub-projects have already been prepared by the Implementing NGO (CCDB), and submitted to the PMO. 2. As of June 2018, CCRIP is dealing with 26 (twenty six) sub-projects for planning and implementing the land acquisition and resettlement program. Among those sub-projects, 06 ( six ) are identified as road sub-projects, and 20 ( twnenty) are market sub-projects which considered for land acquisition and resettlement programs dealing with the social safeguard policy of ADB 2009. It is further to be mentioned that among 06 road sub-projects, land acquisitions are required only for 04 road subprojects. In addition, PAPs are identified for the remaining 02 road subprojects those who have already been compensated for losing business and other properties like shops, trees etc. 3. The process of the identification for the Project Affected Persons (PAPs) and payment of compensation to the entitlements have been started since March 2016.
