On .motion of Mr/Wa.pies The Senate bilfentitled, ''An act to revive and continue in force and amend an act entitled, ''An act to incorporate the Town of Milton,'" · · Was read a second time by its title. On motion of :Mr. Bancroft, · The House bill entitled, "An act to amend Chapter 101 of the Revised Statutes of .the · State of Delaware," Was read a second time by its title.. · On motion of Mr. Davis, . The House bill entitled~ . ".An act to authorize the laying out a public road in Cedar Creek hundred, Sussex county," W a.a read a second time by its title.
