You must complete verification before you can withdraw funds from your PayPal account. There are 2 ways you can get verified. Follow these simple steps to verify your financial details: 1. Confirm your UnionPay card (instant verification) Add your UnionPay card to your PayPal account and choose to confirm the card. Authorize China UnionPay to send you a verification code via SMS. Without leaving the page, you can enter the code and complete the verification process instantly. Log into your PayPal 1 account Click on the Money tab 2 and Link a Card. Enter the code on the same page and click Activate. 2. Confirm your credit card Add your Visa or MasterCard credit card to your PayPal account and choose to confirm the card. This generates a 4-digit code on your online credit card statement within 2-3 business days. Log in to your PayPal account to enter the code to complete the verification process.
