Es un placer verlos a todos aquí, dispuestos a hacer de esta una reunión particularmente productiva para seguir aplicando el Convenio Marco para el Control del Tabaco. En mi condición de presidente de la Conferencia de las Partes tengo el honor de declarar abierta la quinta reunión de la Conferencia de las Partes en el Convenio Marco de la OMS para el Control del Tabaco.
