From: Matthew Olsen <[email protected]> Date: Thu, 13 Dec 2007 15:09:56 -0500 Subject: Response to requests for NARA and Library FOIA logs Attached please find 2 Word and 2 Excel attachments responsive to your recent requests for 2005-present FOIA logs for the Ronald Reagan, George Bush, and William Clinton Presidential Libraries as well as NARA. (reference numbers NGC08- 035, -036, -037, and -038) A few things to note...all logs except for the Bush Library were generated using pre- existing report functions without requester privacy information. The privacy information has been withheld in the Bush Library log under (b)(6). Also, the NARA log represents requests received for operational records. We have no approved method for electronically extracting information from the classified ADRRES system, so we cannot provide the archival FOIA log in that format.
