Sport Hall and Conference Room facilities HOSPITALITY: I.N.S. Students‘ Dormitory, on full board basis The National Sports Institute of Luxembourg (I.N.S.) is located in Cents-part of Luxembourg City. Under one roof you can find a gymnasium with 20 tables, a fitness center, conference rooms, a restaurant, two football fields and a hotel with 37 rooms. The participants will be accommodated in double. The facilities feature free Internet (Wi-Fi) access. TRANSPORTATION: Free transfers will be provided from/to Luxembourg Airport and from/to Luxembourg City Railway Station on the official arrival and departure days. Free parking is available near the Institute for those arriving by car. sfjksfjENTRIES and RATES ENTRIES: Must be received using the attached Entry Form and sent to Mr. Patrick Massen from the Luxembourg Table Tennis Federation by email ([email protected]) within the deadline. The number of participants is limited to 40, therefore the „first come-first served“ policy will apply. DEADLINE: 25 November 2015 REGISTRATION FEE: 30€/person HOSPITALITY RATE: 65€/person/day in double room on full board basis at the I.N.S. EARLY BIRD RATE: A special discount will apply for the entries received before 30 October 2015: 50€/person/day in double room on full board basis. Please, note that only double rooms are available in the I.N.S. Dormitory and that the number of beds is limited to 26 (13 double rooms). If participants wish to stay in a single room, the Organizer will provide assistance upon request in booking a room in a nearby Hotel at their own costs. If staying at another Hotel and in case requested, it will be possible to purchase meal tickets for lunch and dinner separately at a price of 10€ per meal.
