SITUATION OF PORTS AND ANCHORAGES IN THE PHILIPPINES For Year 2017, there were 18 incidents of Manila Port Robbery and Theft Incidents reported Batangas Port - 10 in Manila - 7 in Batangas Port - 1 in Davao For Year 2018- no Davao incident reported APPREHENSION OF SEA ROBBERS AT MANILA ANCHORAGE Manila Port In 31 Dec 2017, robbers were apprehended by PCG during the conduct of operation in Port of Manila. They were caught onboard MV Polar Equador, a LiberianDavao flagged vessel, while anchored at the South Anchorage area in Manila. UPDATES ON MARAWI - The local government of Marawi has allowed its residents to go back to their respective houses, while the national government is preparing for the rehabilitation of the city.
