A Note on Materials Gathering materials can often be the most challenging part in getting started with handicrafts. Do not let this be an obstacle for you. Keep a well-stocked craft cabinet, and you will be able to complete most of the Rooted Childhood projects without purchasing many extras. Thrift stores are ideal for stocking up on craft supplies.
