By putting societies and economies on hold, we have curtailed the ability of the virus to spread through our communities. Corona pandemic is much more than a health crisis which threatens human life, threatens livelihoods, and threatens the way of life of every individual in every society. Agricultural production & support system management is the key for survival and livelihood of farmers.To manage the corona pandemic needs to rapidly overwhelm agricultural production & support system. Until we think to erase them or to find their solutions, we can't talk about potential impact of covid-19 at the national & international level on agriculture. The present webcon seeks to take up all emerging problems in agricultural due to covid-19 at single platform, so that all agricultural scientists/ extension workers/ academicians/ research scholars / delegates / planners/resource persons may have the idea of problems at the global level and try to solve the problems through interdisciplinary research and experience sharing in order to overcome the current problems. Finding the solutions of the present problems of corona pandemic on agriculture sector may give them access to global opportunities in order to be an agri-entrepreneur, good researcher with new innovative ideas at national & international level. Efforts of researchers, technologist and academic fraternity may make it possible to attain sustainability in the agricultural production & support system of the country. Why WEBCON is required ? As the country is passing through an unprecedented time of nationwide lockdown and facing the corona pandemic. In order to be safe and overcome the situation, we as academic leaders are committed to provide constant guidance to our researcher & academic fraternity and inspire them to make productive use of this period. The event will be organized by Chandra Shekhar Azad Krishi evam Prodyogic Vishwavidayla, Kanpur, U.P, globally renowned as Patthar College Objectives of the conference This virtual conference presents a unique platform and opportunity to farmers, consumers, research scholars, technology transfer organizations, NGO's, policy makers and stakeholder to boost up of their scientific temperament, creativities and its applications for harnessing their innovative research ideas, technologies to sustaining agricultural production& support system, rural livelihood, profitability of farmers during corona pandemic and other disaster. The main objective of this web conference is to understand and mitigating the pandemic impact on food and agriculture supply chain and, safe guarding the food security and livelihood of the farming community. Showcase the Inventions/working models/strategies by students, farmers, scientists and industries to fight against covid 19 Call for papers/abstracts Researchers/agri-industry specialists/Progressive farmers/students/policy makers/ stakeholders are requested to submit their full length research papers (which is NOT submitted / published / under consideration anywhere in other conferences / journal)/ abstract not more than 1000 words on particular sub themes of the conference. Paper/Abstract submitted for web presentation will be reviewed & selected on merit for inclusion as oral or poster presentation in the programme.
