Inventory data collection is complete and will be followed by electrical and structural testing from which future programming of work will be developed. APPENDIX B4 – DRAINAGE MAINTENANCE WORKS Drainage and Flooding Update Cleansing of gullies on strategic and locally important roads is continuing with a view to completing the programme of work by the end of December 2011. Work is commencing in November on the Shepway Surface Water Management Plan. This is a multi agency piece of work that will be undertaken with contributions from the Environment Agency, District Council, Water Boards and KCC. As review of the whole district will identify areas at particular risk of surface water flooding and then look at ways to minimise this risk. The outcomes of the study will be used to inform future cleansing programmes and other maintenance and enhancement works. Drainage Works Update In addition to a number of small repair works, the following larger works have been programmed: Location Description Status Lymbridge Green, Deep bore being Deep Boring works are Stowting.
