It is our ambition to create a dynamic and creative environment for our audiences that reflects the work we put on stage as well as present in our outdoor programme. There’s a nod to the heritage of our beautiful and historic building as well as some key design features and I’m confident we have created a space that better serves our growing audiences. I am personally grateful for the support of our staff and volunteers in making this possible and, of course, to you, for your patience and curiosity throughout the building period; I hope you like the finished design. With a new Kitchen and Bar we are excited to bring you a new food and drink menu. Using carefully sourced local suppliers where possible, you can enjoy the whole experience with us. Speak to one of our Front of House team for more information or visit our website. There’s bound to be something to whet your appetite when you visit us. And as autumn turns to winter we grow in anticipation for another magical pantomime season; this year it’s Dick Whittington! It’s one of our favourite times of year with over 22,000 people coming through the doors for the usual combination of giggles, magic, sparkle and mayhem. The building is really brought to life throughout Christmas and I hope you’ve booked your tickets as they’re selling fast! And, of course, following on from winter we have a huge range of theatre, dance, comedy, music and film to inspire everyone throughout the spring. I’m sure you’ll find something to tickle your fancy and we all look forward to welcoming you soon.
