This celebration depicts the way of life of the Subanen culture and arts, promotes tourism enterprise, sports, destinations and product of the Province; WHEREAS, the Provincial Government of Misamis Occidental agreed to allocate EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS (p80,OOO.OO) to various LGUs' projects in accordance with the Celebration, as aforecited. Thus, on motion of the Honorable Majority Floor Leader LeI M. Blanco, duly seconded by Hon. Zaldy G. Daminar and Hon. Tito B. Decina; NOW THEREFORE: Be it RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Misamis Occidental to AUmORIZE, as it hereby AUmORIZES, the Honorable Provincial Governor Herminia M. Ramiro, in behalf of the Provincial Government of Misamis Occidental, to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement, as ajorecited; RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be furnished to the Hon. Provincial Governor Herminia M. Ramiro, for appropriate action; the Local Chief Executives of the Municipalities of Tudela, Sinacaban, Jimenez, Lopez Jaena, Baliangao and the City of Oroquieta, the Provincial Legal Officer, the Provincial Treasurer, the Provincial Accountant, Provincial Planning & Development Coordinator and the Provincial Budget Officer, all of this Province, for information and guidance.
