SHIPPING - All orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or Postal Service (USPS). Please specify which carrier you prefer when ordering. UPS requires a street address. Normal UPS delivery times are shown at the bottom of this page. Next Day, 2nd Day Air or 3rd Day Air service is available from UPS for an additional charge. ACKNOWLEDGMENT - Upon receipt of an order, an acknowledgment will be sent to you. Please check all details of the acknowledgment for accuracy. If it is incorrect in anyway, please phone or email our office immediately. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours we will have started the production process & will not be able to accept any changes. Any additions will be considered to be a new order.
