He regularly serves as an adviser to major Canadian and international corporations, including food, drug and medical device companies, technology and manufacturing based companies, financial institutions, and chemical and natural resource companies. Mr Jolliffe is a fellow of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada and an active member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association, the International Trademark Association, and the Canadian and the American Bar Associations.
