A community college graduate and longtime resident of Las Vegas, he understands the value of CSN to this community and our high school graduates. Marc attended Bishop Gorman High School from 1992-96, during which time he played baseball for Coach Tim Chambers. He attended and played ball at Rio Hondo College and Salt Lake City Community College. In 1999, he enrolled at the University of Colorado to study architecture. He returned to Las Vegas in 2003. Starting that fall, Marc began serving as the infield coach at CSN under Chambers, who had since left Bishop Gorman to become the head of athletics at the college and led the baseball team to a national championship. The field on which the Coyotes play is named for Marc’s grandfather William R. Morse, shortly after the former Eighth Judicial District Court judge and World War II hero passed away. Marc and his family have been leaders in raising well over a million dollars in private funds for CSN athletics. In January 2006, Marc was nominated to the CSN Foundation Board of Trustees, where he chaired the inaugural golf classic fund raiser and continues to actively recruit community support for college athletics.
