Seminar with Paolo Corallini and Ulf Evenås ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! in Gothenburg December 6–7, 2014 ! Once again Gothenburg Aikido Club has the pleasure to invite to an international Aikido seminar with Paolo Corallini 7 dan and Ulf Evenas 7 dan. During the weekend the two Shihan will be teaching !Taijutsu as well as Jo and Ken. !The seminar is open to everyone, regardless of rank and style. Location: Frölunda Judo Club, Klubbvägen 8, Västra Frölunda. Time: December 6–7 2014 Schedule: Saturday 10.30–12.00, 13.00–15.00, 15.15–17.15, 19.30 Party Sunday 10.00–11.30, 12.00–14.00 Fee SEK 600 (€70). The party is not included. All participants must be fully insured. Selling and advertising is forbidden without permission . Filming or photography during the sessions is forbidden without permission. Accomodation Frölunda Judoklubb: 75 SEK/night, Gothenburg Aikido Club 50 SEK/night ! ! Paolo N. Corallini Shihan Corallini Shihan started Aikido in 1969 under the guidance of Motokage Kawamukai Sensei, Hirokazu Kobayashi Sensei and André Nocquet Sensei. Then he followed Nobuyosi Tamura Sensei for many years, and in 1984 he met Morihiro Saito Sensei and Iwama Takemusu Aikido. The same year he went to Iwama first time. !After this Corallini followed Saito Sensei as a close student until the passing of Saito Sensei in 2002. Corallini received 6 dan, and Shihan, in Iwama Takemusu Aikido in 1993 and 7 dan in 2001 (together with Evenas). He holds the highest level of Bukiwaza (weapon techniques) and was appointed Saito Sensei personal representative in the southern half of Europe. Corallini received his 7 dan Aikikai in 2011. On January 9th 2011, !Paolo Corallini Shihan had his 7th dan confirmed by Aikido Doshu in January 2011. Ulf Evenas Shihan Evenas Shihan started Aikido in 1968, and was introduced to Iwama Takemusu Aikido in 1969 by Takeji Tomita Sensei, a student of Morihiro Saito Shihan. Ulf went to Iwama the first time in 1973 for half a year, as one of the first long-time uchideshi. Thereafter he became a close student of Morihiro Saito Sensei until the passing of !Saito Sensei in 2002. Evenas received 6 dan, and Shihan, in Iwama Takemusu Aikido in 1992 and 7 dan in 2001 (together with Corallini). He holds the highest level of Bukiwaza (weapon techniques) and was appointed Saito Sensei personal representative in the northern half of Europe, Russia and Australia. In January 2007 Evenas received his Aikikai Shihan title directly from Aikido Doshu and his 7th dan was confirmed by Aikido Doshu in January !2008. Ulf Evenas and Paolo Corallini created Iwama Ryu Europe in 1993, which was changed to Takemusu Aikido Kyokai in 2006. ! Gothenburg Aikido Club The Gothenburg Aikido Club is one of the oldest and largest Aikido Dojos in Scandinavia, with its roots in the 1960’s. The club began training Iwama Takemusu Aikido in 1969. With more than 40 years of experience in !Traditional Aikido, the club is the oldest existing Iwama “Style” dojo outside Japan. ! Welcome !Gothenburg Aikido Club ! ! ! ! !.
